At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade plant-based products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Ensure that the products are in their original, unused condition; due to the artisanal nature of our soaps, we cannot accept returns on heavily used items.

  Choose Your Method

  Bring your items to any local Soap Makery for an immediate exchange, or contact our online support team to initiate a mail-in return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-7 business days.
